SP Jain School of Global Management organised yet another successful online Executive Career Acceleration Pathway (ECAP) alumni event on the topic ‘Innovation in the New Normal’ on January 8, 2022. It was attended by 120 Executive MBA (EMBA) participants across our Middle East online and Dubai on-campus current batches.
Three of our noted alumni – Satyen Babla (CEO & Founder, DANS Studio and Partner, dubai ON demand), Shraddha Kulkarni (Product Manager, EMAAR) and Jayaraj Padinjaredath Vasudevan (Co-Founder & CEO, Covering Concepts) – attended the event.
The session comprised of three 20-minute presentation, which was followed by Q&A. The interactive session was facilitated by current student Anusha Balijepalli.
During their interaction, the alumni highlighted the importance of ‘innovation’ based on their experiences as corporate leaders navigating through the new normal and what needs to ‘change’ by sharing real examples from their businesses. They further discussed their career strategies and what has helped them to progress.
Towards the end, Dr Gary John Stockport (Professor – Strategy and Dean – EMBA, SP Jain School of Global Management) thanked the esteemed alumni for sharing their invaluable insights with the current SP Jain students. He said, “The presentations were so well structured, were so positive and the three alumni are clearly thought leaders in their respective fields.”
Parmita Debnath (Head – Student Experience and Professional Development, EMBA, SP Jain School of Global Management) highlighted how the takeaways from such sessions are a critical aspect of learning through ECAP.
