The SP Jain School of Global Management organised a successful online Executive Career Acceleration Pathway (ECAP) alumni event on the topic ‘Critical Moments in your Professional Career’. It was attended by over 120 students across Executive MBA (EMBA) Dubai (Online and On-campus batches) on November 12, 2022.

The SP Jain School of Global Management organised a successful online Executive Career Acceleration Pathway (ECAP) alumni event on the topic ‘Critical Moments in your Professional Career’. It was attended by over 120 students across Executive MBA (EMBA) Dubai (Online and On-campus batches) on November 12, 2022.
Three of our alumni were part of the panelist:
- Ms Devi Sambamoorthy (EMBA Dubai, Batch 40) – Founder & Director (NurtureU Technologies)
- Mr Mandar Suresh Luktuke (EMBA Dubai, Batch 42) – Vice President – Gas Processing (Deep International, DMCC)
- Ms Kathleen Rebello (EMBA Dubai, Batch 45) – Industry Marketing Lead – Heavy Industry, EMEA (Rockwell Automation)
The panel discussion was moderated by SP Jain student – Sameer Joshi (EMBA Dubai, Batch 05). The alumni discussed the critical moments in their careers. They shared the transitions and leaps they had taken and how they climbed up the leadership ladder. From sharing insights into their career strategies to how the EMBA program helped them professionally, the attendees thoroughly enjoyed the informative session.
Dr Gary John Stockport (Professor – Strategy, Dean – Executive MBA and Chair – Examination Board) thanked the ECAP Team for organising this valuable session. He further applauded the alumni for their notable achievements in their respective fields.
Parmita Debnath (Head – Student Experience and Professional Development, EMBA) thanked all the guests and students towards the end of the session and shared some key takeaways. She highlighted how sessions like these are a critical aspect of learning through ECAP.
