Register Your Team Online

• You can take part in a team with a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 5 members
• Each team member should submit their valid University ID at the time of registration

• Qualifying teams would be contacted with more details after registration.

PowerPoint Submission (Round 1)

Your submission should focus on achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in a Post-COVID era and should include:

• Idea in Brief
• What would be the focus/chosen SDG? (1 slide)
• Link to the ongoing & the post-COVID situation (1 slide)
• The goal that you are seeking to achieve – Outcome (1 slide)

PowerPoint Submission (Round 2)

Your submission should include:

• Defining the problem area and why do you think it is a problem
• Is there a market gap? - Macro and Micro level research
  
  
  • Feasibility of the Idea - in terms of the factors external to the organisation)
  • Viability of the Idea - in terms of the factors within the organisation
  • Desirability of the Idea - in terms of answering the needs and wants of consumers

*Equal weightage is given to the above areas

Final Round of Presentations – LIVE FINALS

• Each team presentation will be followed by a Q&A with the judges
• Student teams can decide on how they wish to make their pitch – being creative as possible
• Teams can choose between presenting their pitch live or/and use a video showing their idea
• Each team has a maximum of 6 minutes + 4 minutes Q&A
• No restrictions on the number of presenters (teams can choose at their own discretions who will make the pitch)
• Tip: Ensure you add a team slide allowing judges to understand your team and their strengths at the end of your presentation

The event is open to the public. We will have an audience poll after each presentation – gauging the audience favourite. Teams are welcome to invite their friends and supporters to tune in. Details will be shared on our social media - @SPJainDubai – stay tuned!
