On January 20, 2024, the ECAP Alumni Interaction event took place, drawing in over 110 students from the EMBA Dubai and ME batches. Despite being held virtually, the event was buzzed with energy as esteemed alumni shared their invaluable insights on career decisions and self-development journeys under the theme, "The 5 Most Important Decisions I Have Made in My Professional Career to Date."

The panel boasted an impressive lineup of industry leaders, including Ms. Shashee Bheron, Deputy General Manager at Food Specialties Limited; Ms Kathleen Rebello, Marketing Lead at Heavy Industry, EMEA, Rockwell Automation; Mr Aziz Yusuf Patel, Key Account Sales Manager at Schneider Electric; and Mr Amit Bhatia, Senior Commercial Operations Manager. Each brought a wealth of experience and wisdom to the table, enriching the discussion with personal anecdotes and strategic career moves.

Dean Gary, amidst his travels in Australia, extended a warm welcome to the alumni, recognising their career achievements pre and post-EMBA, fostering an atmosphere of appreciation.

In his role as moderator, Mr. Madhur Gupta, an EMBA student (ME B09), skilfully guided the panel discussion.

A student noted, ‘The open and candid discussion by the alumni was helpful in understanding that identifying your path of interest and short-term trade-offs are always good for long-term achievements.” 

The event offered valuable insights to the participants from seasoned professionals who have successfully carved their paths in the competitive landscape of business.
