On Thursday, 3^rd October 2024, SP Jain Dubai, in collaboration with The Young Vision, UAE’s leading higher education magazine, hosted the region’s biggest inter-school Business Challenge Cup 2024.

Around 350 Senior High School students participated in the competition, representing more than 20 K-12 schools from across the UAE. Esteemed schools such as Abu Dhabi Indian School Al Muroor, Al Diyafah High School, Cambridge International School Dubai, Delhi Private School Sharjah, Gems Modern Academy, Gems Millennium School Sharjah, St. Mary’s Catholic High School, and The Indian Academy Dubai participated among others.

The event created an engaging opportunity for young entrepreneurs to highlight their creativity and business acumen. It was organised into two key categories: Branding Advertising Design and Sustainable Business Practices. Aimed at cultivating innovative thinking and entrepreneurial skills, students formed teams to deliver concise 5-minute pitches to a panel of judges. The three best teams from each category moved on to the finals with the following results:

Sustainable Business Practices:

• 1^st place: JSS Private School
• 1^nd place: The Central School
• 1^rd place: DPS Sharjah

Branding and Advertising Design:

• 1^st place: Abu Dhabi Indian School
• 1^nd place: Gems Millennium School, Sharjah
• 1^rd place: Abu Dhabi Indian School
