In the initial term of the program, you will build a strong foundation in business fundamentals with our core courses. As you progress, you can tailor your MBA experience by choosing which electives you want to study. For the upcoming intake of February 2025, you can choose from these electives across five functional areas of management.
The SP Jain GMBA curriculum provides a flexible approach to learning and is designed for maximum career impact. In the initial term of the program, you will build a strong foundation in business fundamentals with our core courses. As you progress, you can tailor your MBA experience by choosing which electives you want to study. For the upcoming intake of June 2022, you can choose from these electives across five functional areas of management.
You need to complete at least 7 elective credits in one of the following two ways:
Develop the ability to analyse a problem from a cross-functional perspective
Specialise in any one domain aligned with your career goals
You need not indicate your choice at the application stage; you may do so within a month after course commencement. Upon arrival on the campus, you will undergo a briefing by the dean of the program, area heads and members of the corporate relations team to help you make an informed decision.

Understand the latest trends and insights in global marketing practices
You will learn to implement marketing strategies that build strong customer relationships, create substantial value and integrate market-facing activities.

Dubai and Singapore are important logistics hubs and provide an excellent backdrop to study this specialisation.

Gain real-world expertise in consulting management
This specialisation is designed to meet the needs of professionals who wish to take up key roles as advisors, offer insights and solutions to improve organisational performance, and lead across a range of business verticals and functions.
Using a modern learning approach that simulates the decision-making challenges that consultants face today, you will gain practical experience in the tools and techniques required to run consulting engagements and build a consulting practice.
You will have an immersive experience consulting a new venture and addressing key aspects of running and growing a business, such as strategy, structure, systems, people, processes, marketing, finance and more.
This specialisation includes the following electives:
Learn to drive business transformation through the innovative use of digital technologies
You will gain first-hand exposure to global technology practices and trends through projects and interactions with leading companies and acquire skills to innovate and solve business problems with agility and a global mindset. You will apply the case study analysis and classroom discussions of cutting-edge, contemporary scenarios to your directed project.
This specialisation includes the following electives:
Develop and execute high-quality strategic and creative investment and financial solutions
This specialisation is ideal for professionals who are aiming for managerial positions in top global financial institutions and advisory firms or want to help in managing individual family wealth.
Given the depth of the curriculum, this specialisation is also suitable for professionals who are primarily not looking to work for a financial institution, but would like to acquire financial skills to help them in strategic planning at the top management level across various sectors and firms.
The program also brings in technological perspectives and how various new technologies are continuously changing financial functions. This will enable the participants to develop and execute high quality strategic and creative investment and financial solutions in an innovative and continuously evolving business landscape.
